- Promotion of empowered, transparent socially accountable and truly democratic Panchayat Raj Institution as per PESA in Sundargarh District.
- To Educate and Organize target people to claim for their rights as provided by various Acts and Schemes of the Govt. that they can come out of the poverty trap.
- Provide integrated community Health & Sanitation with safe drinking water in target areas.
- To promote vocational education / Skill training, give career guidance and counseling for adolescent girls, who are going to big cities in search of odd jobs through agents, relatives, some times by traffickers and being victimized.
- To promote an Integrated Sustainable Development of Tribal and poor sections of the society with Bio-farming and agro inputs in target areas to reduce the impact of climate change as well as food security.
- To make Gangpur Industrial Training Centre (GITC) of Samajik Seva Sadan one of the best ITC’s in Odisha and upgrade it to an Institution of Diploma course in Engineering where the poor Adivasi & Dalit Youth in target areas will benefit.
- To extend and strengthen the Women Self Help Cooperative movement in a mass way in Sundargarh and Dhenkanal District for sustainable women empowerment by increasing their family income.
- Establishing of Income Generation Units by Self Help Cooperatives by collecting, processing / value addition of Non Timber Forest Products (NTFP) and Agricultural products.
- To Establish Education Complexes from class I to XII for Quality as well as Technical Education of Adivasis, Dalits and rural poor children of 6 to 18 age group and higher and Technical Institutions in different parts of Odisha.
- To coordinate more and more Plantation, community forest management & Regeneration of Degraded Forest and promotion of Solar LED Lantern as well as aware the people and educate them to adopt more environment friendly systems to contribute their share to reduce the Global Warming.
- To assist the affected people in the time of Natural Calamities with Relief and Rehabilitation.
